The Kwale Women of Goodwill Foundation team yesterday visited Lungalunga town in Kwale county to mark the “pink month” and also join other organizations across the world in creating awareness against breast cancer. We educated the women on early identification and the signs and symptoms associated with breast cancer. It is important to note that breast cancer is the no.1 killer of women across the world and therefore we need to sensitize more women to go for checkups and screening. Every year KWOGF marks this day by creating awareness for women and girls across Kwale County.
